Hi! I'd note that "commercial" here includes multifamily... we just note "commercial" rather than "all real estate" to emphasize that this isn't for house flippers / single family residential. So I do think someone building live-work spaces could benefit from it as long as they're fairly new to the industry and raising outside capital.

I'm trying to build a sustainable Coliving + Coworking project in Portugal on my own and have had to hire advisors, learn on my own from the internet, etc. I have raised 70% of the equity but feel like I would benefit from a deeper understanding of the industry, metrics, and learning the landscape as I want to not only fund this project but go on to develop more in the future and as many of your guests, particularly Moses Kagan recently pointed out, there isn't a way to break into the industry from the outside. Thanks! I don't think the content would be too different if we were offering it to people outside of the proptech category, as it's not assuming any prior knowledge of the real estate industry. Perhaps a little less tailoring to stakeholders, more on policy?
I'd even be interested in the class as-is, just to learn what industry professionals are learning, and have a better model of where they're coming from.
