Introducing our first course in Real Estate Underwriting and more

Since launching Thesis Driven Courses in January 2024, we've been asked countless times: “when are you going to announce a real estate underwriting course?”

We were hesitant at first, because there are already lots of good underwriting & modeling courses in the market. But as we did our due diligence, we realized these courses were designed primarily for aspiring real estate analysts—not the greater community of real estate professionals.

So we set out to build an underwriting course for analysts and non-analysts alike.

We focused on providing a practical, hands-on program with interactive models, real-world case studies, and both Excel-based and AI-powered tools you’ll actually use. And we built it with an expert, Jay Dunn, who has underwritten and acquired billions of dollars of multifamily, industrial and office deals (and, more importantly, has trained legions of analysts from his investment banking days at Morgan Stanley and Gleacher & Company) across his 20-year career.
