​A two-day interactive workshop designed for real estate operators, entrepreneurs, and investors looking to structure or invest in OpCo/PropCo platforms.

​Over the two 90-minute live sessions, you’ll dive into real-world frameworks, explore new case studies, and walk away with practical tools to apply to your own ventures.
​Participants will receive pre-read materials, including case studies and frameworks, and gain post-course access to Circle, where we’ll share recorded videos, sample term sheets, and curated resources.
